Overseeing operations for both Diamond Quality Care Ltd. and our sister company, All Care, Sue is involved in all aspects of Diamond’s operation within the South region.
Having started out as a home carer in 1983, Sue worked her way up to Regional Director by 2003, and joined our team in March, 2018.
Sue is deeply motivated by providing quality social care services in Newbury and ensuring support is accessible to those who need it most.
You’ll likely see Sue around our Diamond day centre day to day and at our local events, and if you’re very lucky, under our All Care purple mascot!
Our Diamond Unit Manager, Cathy oversees the daily operations of our Diamond team within our facilities.
As a treasured longstanding member of our Diamond team, Cathy brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, being a key point of reference for our team onsite.
Whether it’s setting goals, organising activities or ensuring our team members have everything they need to excel in their roles, Cathy juggles all of these responsibilities and more while making it look easy!

Marcia is deeply passionate about maintaining high standards in our facilities in order to provide the highest level of comfort and safety for our service users during their visit.
From prepping our hydro-pool to ensuring compliance, Marcia is involved in every aspect relating to our Gym and Hydro spaces.
